多少遠くとも今後は別の病院に行こうと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当病院の専門外ですが、過去に猟銃所持に関する診断書を書いていただいたことがあります。しかし、現在正式には対応不可になっているようです。（一部の者には診断書を出しているようです）
電話確認をして最近来院しましたが、時間の無駄でした。
電話確認にて上記診断書を書いてもらえるとのことで来院しましたが、受付では診断書の様式が無ければ受け付けられないと拒否され、改めて警察が示す診断書の様式を持っていったら、精神科でないため診断書が書けないと拒否されました。精神科医でなくても掛かりつけ医であれば発行できるのですが、医師はこれに関しての知識がない様でした。
しかも過去に診断書の交付を受けたと思い込まれているようですが…という医師の言葉には頼む気も失せました。
今回は当病院の専門外である事柄ですが、態度も含め最低の応対でしたね。

I made a phone check and came to hospital recently, but it was a waste of time.
We came to the hospital for writing the above mentioned medical certificate by telephone confirmation, but it is rejected if it is not accepted if there is no medical certificate format at the reception desk, and if it has the medical certificate format shown by the police again, I was refused if I could not write a medical certificate because I was not a psychiatric department. Even if you are not a psychiatrist, you can issue if you are an attending doctor, but your doctor seemed to have no knowledge about this.
Moreover, it seems that I was believed to have received a medical certificate in the past, but I also lost my will to ask the doctor's words.
This time is something that is not specialized in our hospital, but it was the lowest response including attitude.
