會	會田淳一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年訪問平日の夕方5時過ぎに久しぶりに訪問。ドンキ並びのはま寿司と比べて混んでいないのは今のご時世だとポイント高いです。以前は廻っていた寿司が無くなり、はま寿しと同じタッチパネルで注文するスタイルになっていました。握りは以前と比べて小ぶりになったかも。サイドメニューの、袋に入れてシャカシャカするポテトと出来たての天ぷらは(コーンの天ぷらは ⁉︎でしたが悪くないです)美味でした。タッチパネルの反応は、旧タイプ？はま寿司と比べて反応良いです。 2022年訪問税別100円の一皿二貫の握り寿司のネタが明らかに小さくなっていました。特にネタ幅が縮まった感じで、シャリからはみ出す事が無くなっています。一皿一貫の握りや、税別150円以上の握り寿司は普通の大きさでした。原料高や人件費高騰の影響と思われます。入り口に設置された、天井からエアーが体へ吹き付ける設備は、この御時世良いですね。 Visited in 2021 Visited after 5 pm on weekdays for the first time in a while. It is more responsive than Hamazushi. Visited in 2022 The material for the two-piece nigiri sushi, which is 100 yen excluding tax, was clearly smaller. In particular, it feels like the width of the material has shrunk, and it does not stick out of the rice. The nigiri sushi that was consistent with one plate and the sushi that was 150 yen or more excluding tax were of normal size. This is probably due to rising raw material costs and soaring labor costs. The equipment installed at the entrance where air blows from the ceiling to the body is good for this time.

フ	フリッパーズシティ山吹（ヤマフリ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は業界の先駆者として、シェアトップとして牽引していたかっぱ寿司だが、後発企業にシェアを奪われ存在感は低下しつつある。そんな中で、「再びシェアトップを奪取」という気概のようなものはメニュー構成からは感じる。とはいえ、店の魅力は結局のところ、そこで働く従業員がどれほどのモチベーションを持って接客しているか、ってところにも関わってくるので、その意味では、伊東店は並み以下だと思う。サービスってなかなか厄介で、10人中9人が感じ良くてもあとの一人がすごく感じ悪ければ、そちらの印象の方が強く残ってしまう。伊東店には少数だけど、そういう悪い印象を残すパートがいた。店長中心に一丸となって、地域一番店を目指してくれたらいいな、と思います。お寿司はどれも100円寿司としておいしかったけど、混んでくるにつれて注文品の提供が遅くなってきたことも気になりました。今後に期待します。 Kappa Sushi, which used to be a pioneer in the industry and was the leader in the market share, is losing its market share to latecomers and its presence is declining. There were a few parts in the Ito store that left such a bad impression. I hope that the store manager will work as one to aim for the best store in the area. All the sushi was delicious as 100 yen sushi, but I was also worried that the provision of ordered items was delayed as it became crowded. I look forward to it in the future.

Taste was not bad, just the size was a bit small, food variety is less comparable to those in the big cities. You can place orders by your own or take those from the running belt. The kiosk console was located too high and tilted too much from touching. BTW, the imitated train for food delivery is running slow, at the speed of the regular one not the Limited Express :-) Free parking, it is located in the city center, Aeon MaxValu supermarket is nearby.
