備長炭火焼きしている本格的な焼き鳥が、リーズナブルに楽しめる大衆居酒屋です。
焼き鳥だけではなく、とうもろこしの揚げ物などほかのメニューも美味しいです。
そして、瓶ビールが330円ととっても安く、使い勝手が良いお店です。

お店の造りはカウンター席やテーブル席があり、客層は老若男女幅広く、店内ではJ-POPや洋楽が流れていました。
テーブル席に着き、一杯目はハイボールにしました。
ブラックニッカが濃いめに入れられ炭酸が効いています。
かっぱの大好物はきゅうりの浅漬けに特製の味噌が添えられています。
きゅうりの浅漬けはシャキシャキとして塩梅が良く、特製の味噌は芳醇な風味とともに甘みがあります。
もつ煮込みはトッピングの煮卵をつけました。
大きなもつがごろごろと入り、たっぷりと白ネギがのせられています。
もつは心地よい弾力がありやわらかく、旨味がたっぷりですが後味はさっぱりとしています。
出汁が沁みた煮卵も美味しかったです。
鳥串のハツは弾力があり、新鮮で風味が良いです。
ねぎまはネギに甘みがあり、シャキシャキとしていて、鶏肉は噛みしめるほどに味わいがあります。
ももは、しっとりとしてやわらかく後味がさっぱりとしています。
かわは、香ばしく焼かれていて外側がカリカリで旨味がたっぷりです。
良い塩梅です。
新銀杏串は、ねっとりとした食感で清涼と味わいがある風味がします。
豚串には紅生姜のタレが添えられていました。
清涼感があり、脂が多い豚串とよく合います。
豚串のバラは、かみしめるほどに旨味が出てきます。
カシラは、しっとりとしてやわらかく味わいと旨味があります。
ちぐちは、コリコリとして弾力が強く、独特の味わいがあります。
鳥串のハツ、かわは税抜100円、ねぎま、ももは税抜120円、新銀杏串は税抜260円、豚串のバラは税抜100円、カシラとちぐちは税抜150円、もつ煮込みは税抜380円、トッピングの煮卵は税抜80円、かっぱの大好物は税抜130円、ハイボールは税抜280円です。
こちらが元気が出てくるような接客も大変に良かったです。

The chicken skewer hearts are elastic, fresh and tasty.
The green onions are sweet and crispy, and the chicken is so tasty that you can chew it.
The thigh is moist and soft with a refreshing aftertaste.
Kawa is fragrantly baked and has a crispy outside and plenty of umami.
It is a good salt plum.
The new ginkgo skewer has a sticky texture and a refreshing and tasty flavor.
The pork skewer was accompanied by a sauce of pickled ginger.
It has a refreshing feeling and goes well with fatty pork skewers.
The roses on the pork skewers are so delicious that you can chew them.
Kashira is moist and soft and has a delicious taste.
Chiguchi has a strong elasticity as a crunchy and has a unique taste.
Bird skewer hearts and kawa are 100 yen excluding tax, Negima and thighs are 120 yen excluding tax, new ginkgo skewers are 260 yen excluding tax, roses of pork skewers are 100 yen excluding tax, Kashira and Chiguchi are 150 yen excluding tax. The simmered rice cake is 380 yen excluding tax, the boiled egg topping is 80 yen excluding tax, the favorite food of kappa is 130 yen excluding tax, and the high ball is 280 yen excluding tax.

ランチ目的のお客と昼飲みのお客である意味カオス。
ランチメニューはこの値段ではお値打ち。
