会員になるかならないかと聞かれましたが、会員になるとどういう特典があるのかなど何も説明されずただどうしますか？というだけでこちらも困ってしまいました。
どこかに会員の特典や説明など 書いているものがあるのかとキョロキョロ探していましたが、お客さんが並び始めたので長くなると悪いなと思い、会員にならないと答えそのままお会計となりました。
店員さんは女性が二人いましたが、対応してくれた方の後ろで作業している高齢のおばさんはさらに感じが悪く、今まで外から見ている分には清潔感があってとても良かったのですが、一気にマイナスイメージになりました。
あとで計算すると、会員になり一年の会員料(500円？)をその日払っていれば初回の料金(会員料込みでも)も既に安くなっていたと知り更にショック。。
接客業はどれだけ忙しく大変な仕事でも、常に笑顔と気遣いが必要だと思います。

After calculating later, if I became a member and paid the one-year membership fee (500 yen?) On that day, I was shocked to know that the first fee (including the membership fee) had already been reduced. .
No matter how busy or hard work is in the customer service, I always need to smile and care.
