県道沿いに面してこじんまりとした民家のような境内、建物前の駐車場に車を駐車しすぐの本堂に参拝し棟並びの納経所で御朱印をいただきました。
I visited at 4:30 pm on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Chichibu 21st bill place.
I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the building in the precincts of a small private house facing the prefectural road, visited the main hall, and received a red stamp at the ridge-lined delivery office.

要光山 観音寺
(ようこうざん かんのんじ)
20番札所から県道72号秩父荒川線に出ると、車道に面しているので直ぐにわかります。(バス停 札所21番がある)
諸説あるそうですが通称を矢之堂と言い、火難に対して霊験あらたかな観音様は、火伏観音とも呼ばれています。大正12年に、隣接する小学校の火災で類焼するも、本尊の聖観音だけは焼失を逃れたそうです。ここから観る武甲山の眺めはとても好いです。
ここから南西方向へ 22、23、24番と72号線沿い近くにあり、比較的わかり易いと思います。

If you take the prefectural road No. 72 Chichibu Arakawa Line from No. 20 Fudasho, you will find it immediately because it faces the road. (There is a bus stop No. 21)
It seems that there are various theories, but the common name is Yanodo, and Kannon-sama, who has a new spiritual test against fire, is also called Hibushi Kannon. In the 12th year of the Taisho era, a fire in an adjacent elementary school burned the fire, but only the principal image of Holy Kannon escaped the burning. The view of Mt. Buko from here is very nice.
It is located near the lines 22, 23, 24 and 72 in the southwest direction from here, so it is relatively easy to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秩父三十四ヶ所の徒歩巡礼の4日目に訪れました。観音堂は大正時代の延焼から立て直されたもので、千社札も少ないように見えます。納経所で御朱印を頂く際、話し好きそうな女性が世間話をしてくれました。
トイレがあります。
