A	AG ROCK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに用事があって行きましたが男性職員の方の丁寧な対応に感動しました。あと本日の昼過ぎの訪問時は珍しく空いていて助かりました。 1つだけ残念なのは最初に正面少し右にある機械の画面をタッチして受付番号を貰うのですが、そこにたどり着くまでの手前に書いてある説明書きが分かりにくい。すぐ近くだけど、機械のところに書いてある説明書きと、手前にある消毒液の所の説明書きが違うため、目の前にあってもそこでいいのかわからない。これでいいんかなぁってかなり悩みました(汗) 初めて訪問した人の気持ちになってもう少し分かりやすくすべきです。「最初に受付番号をこちらで受け取り下さい」って整理券の出てくる機械の上に大きく赤文字で書いておくとか。初見の年配の方はかなりの確率で困ると思います。 I had a business after a long time, but I was impressed by the polite response of the male staff.
