★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自らがコロナを理由に退去立会もさせずに、後からクロスの変色や、日常生活でつくであろう小キズや、経年劣化まで請求してくる業者。画像では何処がキズなのか判別出来ないレベルのキズだ。未だにこんな輩業者が居るのかと驚いた。こんな酷い業者を使っている旭化成不動産レジデンスにも呆れた。本来は星などつけるレベルでは無いが星をつけないと評価出来ないので1星。請求書を見た保険代理店も裁判しても絶対勝てますよ！と呆れていた。最終的に大元の旭化成レジデンスと話をすると結果、引下がったので、不適切な請求であったと認めた様な事案でした。黙って払う相手からは搾り取るのであろう。
