I love this Kyoho sparkling wine. I've been drinking it for 2 years in a row, and it has a lot of umami and is wonderful. ALC 10% gentle sparkling.

上田市の自然派ワイン店から紹介されて来訪。
限定ワイン等購入出来るが、普段から購入出来るワインは酒屋の方が値段が安かったのが
後から分かって残念だった。

ナチュールワイン好きにはオススメ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりとしたアットホームなワイナリー。
お店の方もお人柄が良く、テイスティングも誰かのお家にお邪魔して頂いているような雰囲気。
時期によってテイスティングできるものが変わって来ると思うが、伺ったときはロゼのみだった。いわゆるロゼ！という感じではなく、少し濁っていて、オレンジがかった自然派ワインという感じ。
量産型でなく、こだわりのワイナリーが好みな人にオススメ。
A small and cozy winery.
The shop has a good personality, and the atmosphere is like having someone visit you for tasting.
I think the things you can taste will change depending on the time of year, but when I asked, it was only rosé. So-called rose! It's not like that, it's a little cloudy and it's like an orange-tinted natural wine.
Recommended for those who like discerning wineries, not mass-produced ones.
