栗原市金成町で江戸時代から代々続く呉服店で、現在は味噌・糀などの発酵食品を販売しています。敷地内の工房では早朝から店主のおじいさんが自ら味噌を仕込んでおり、昔ながらの手作りで手間暇かけて育てた味噌は、塩辛さに頼らず味噌本来の優しい味がします。また、最近流行りの塩糀、甘酒、糀南蛮などの発酵食品が充実しており、どれも素朴で懐かしい味でオススメです。 来店が難しい場合も、電話で他県への発送を受付しており、東京の我が家でも毎晩の味噌汁はなべやの味噌と決めています。 Nabeya, a traditional clothing store in Kannari Town, has continued its business since Edo Period.
