当店アルコール置いただけでコロナ対策しておらず、隣り合わせキツキツの相席を強制。
キッチンスタッフ3名の声も目の前で飛び交う。
怖くて席を空けようとしたら男性スタッフがすかさず「すいません、詰めて頂いて良いですか？」
角同士の間にもう一つ席。そこにも客を案内。
怖すぎ。

ただ、感染予防にはとても不安がありました。
まず、入り口の手指消毒液が目につかず、席に座ってから自前のアルコールで消毒しました。
氷水の入ったサーバーが各テーブルにあり、自分で注ぐわけですが、前の客が使ったままで、少しだけ水が残ったサーバーと、４人がけテーブルにひとつだけ残っていたグラスをそのまま使うのには抵抗があり、サーバーを取り替えて欲しかった。
醤油やソースもテーブルに置いてあり、つまり他の客と共用ということになるのが嫌でした。ソースのフタを触りたくなかった。
最近入る店では、客ごとに小さな調味料容器を使っていたり、小皿に予め入れられていたりしたので、この店のやり方には不安をかんじました。
コロナ流行中はもう行かないと思う。
美味しいのに残念です、ほんとに。

特上ロース250グラム2000円にご飯大盛り50円。
肉はそこそこで悪くはないですけどもうひとつですかね。美味しい店だと、林SPFの場合はおーという感動があるんですけど、ここはなかったです。
ドレッシングはないし、ソースだけだと単調です。
そのソースも酸味が強くて好みではありません。
味噌汁もなんなのかわかりませんが、癖が強いです。
1000円以下のメニュー頼んでおいた方が無難かもしれません。
やはり餅は餅屋ですね、痛感しました。

神田錦町にできた真新しいオフィスビル、神田スクエア1階にある魚金系列の食堂です。
こちらは天ぷらや魚料理などの和食の店でしたが、コロナ禍で業態変更してとんかつも始めました。林SPFポークを使っていて、肉質と味の良さをリーズナブルに楽しめるとんかつはこの付近では貴重なお店だと思います。
緊急事態宣言解除後はまた和食に戻りますが、とんかつはメニューに残るとのこと、選択肢が増えて楽しみなお店です。

新しいビルの一階に入居している。
肩ロースカツ定食＋カキフライをいただく。
ブランド豚らしく肉の味が強く、お勧めされた通り塩でかなり美味しく食すことができる。
ソースをつけたい誘惑もあるが、ソースより塩、結局一切れを除き全て塩で完食。
カキフライも期待通りの味。
ほかのメニューも試してみたいので、再訪したいと思える店舗だった。
ただ昨今の感染症対策の面ではかなり疑問はある。
特に席を空けるわけでもなく、通常通りの営業だった。
