★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to your search for ski-related items. Ski boots selection is extensive, and the store staff is very helpful with the fitting process. You can also get some information on the various ski courses/resorts around Japan. They start a rather big sale from End of January for ski-related items, so there is a chance you might find some great deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a pair of hiking boots. My foot size is 27.5cm/9.5(US) EEE wide. Clark came out with 3 different pairs with 2 different sizes (27cm/9 US). Test fitted and he checked the fit by his hand and told me two models are going to be good. Very good customer care and I was very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store twice today to buy new Ski boots. Which the had my size (29.5) on display. I was excited as these were the boots I wanted and n my size!but after waiting for 30+ minutes for someone from the store to even walk buy me I gave up. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service, but impressed by the selection. I was ready to spend 10,000 yen on new ski boots and sat in one place wearing the set I wanted for 30 minutes. Had I been helped or even looked at by a store associate I would have most likely made the purchase. This is not the customer service I have come to expect in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them five stars because they have great selection, excellent and knowledgeable customer service, but know that the staff don’t pounce on you at every corner (which I appreciate) like a department store (the loudest noise in Japan irrashaimase!!!) just go to the main desk or find someone and ask directly for help, some of the staff can speak a little English or at-least understand it, they will go out of their way to help you, even sent my stuff by carrier to my house here, so I didn’t have to carry it around with me all day. As a bonus you can use and earn Yodobashi camera points in store if you have one.
