k	ko ki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミが良かったので、結婚式のセットで来店しましたが非常に残念でした。セット直後は良かったのですが風がある中、なぜかヘアピン一本も使って頂けていなく、一時間くらいしたら左側から髪が束で落ちてきてしまい歩く度に抜けてきてしまいました。ルーズなスタイルが得意とのことでしたが結婚式などの時は崩れないよう配慮して頂きたかったです。電話すると「そのような話はお客様がはじめて」「ゴムで留めているので…」など言われ、お店に戻れば直すとのことでしたが、結婚式に遅れるので戻れませんでした。あとは、「自分でヘアピン、スプレーを用意して直して頂いて～」との事。崩れた髪の写真を送ったところ返金して頂くことになりましたが、返金を受け取りに行く際も外せない用事があるからそれ以外の時間に来るよう言われたり誠実さは感じませんでした。私は急遽ヘアスプレーを買ったり髪を直したり結婚式の参列もギリギリで時間をだいぶ奪われましたが、こちらは自分の時間を奪われるのは嫌なようです。色々と認識が甘いのだなと感じ、この認識の甘さがベースにあるからこその崩れを予想しないヘアセットが出来上ったのだとある意味納得してしまいました。 The word of mouth was good, so I came to the store with a wedding set, but it was very disappointing.
