★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白山通りの裏手にあるカウンター席のみの小料理屋風居酒屋。仕事帰りに立ち寄りまして軽く酒肴を頂き候。お酒と料理は博多大分を中心に九州方面の品揃え。華味鳥の他、ジビエの扱いも予定しており仕入れ次第ですがおつまみの範囲は広いと思われます。今回頂いたのはお酒が若波FY２と梨園（果実酒）、つまみに肴3点盛り、酢もつ、鯛みそ焼きおにぎり。どれも美味しゅうございました。特に焼きおにぎりが良かったですねぇ。味噌に含まれる鯛の味わいが素晴らしかった。鯛味噌は初めて食べたのですが次に来ても海鮮茶漬けスルーしてこの焼きおにぎりを〆に注文してしまいそうです。これは個人的マストメニューな焼きおにぎり。そんなわけでこの路地も小粋なお店が集まってきたのが嬉しいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
A small pub-style izakaya with only counter seats behind Hakusan-dori. I stopped by on the way home from work and had a light liquor. As for alcohol and food, there is an assortment of goods in the direction of Kyushu, centered around Hakudai. In addition to the gourmet birds, we are planning to treat gibier, but it seems that the range of snacks is wide depending on the purchase. This time we had Sake Wakanami FY2 and Lien (fruit liquor), a side dish with 3 appetizers, vinegared rice, and sea bream miso grilled rice balls. All were delicious. Especially the grilled rice balls were good. The taste of the sea bream included in miso was wonderful. I ate sea bream miso for the first time, but even if I come next time, it seems that I will order this grilled rice ball with seafood chazuke through. This is a grilled rice ball with a personal must-have menu. That's why I am glad that stylish shops have gathered in this alley. Thank you for the meal.

大分、福岡を中心に九州のお酒や食材を提供されている居酒屋です。小料理をいただける感じなので2軒目に行きたくなる雰囲気でしょうか。カウンター10席のみの落ち着いた空間でマスターと話しながらついゆっくりしてしまう不思議な空間です。
祝日に伺ったため終わってしまっている料理も多かったですが、一品一品素材の旨さを活かしていて本当に満足でした。産地直送で送られてくるお魚の胡麻茶漬けが〆に最高でした。
一人で伺ったのですが、ハーフサイズの注文も対応いただきとても助かりました。
ぜひともまた食べに行きたいと思えるお店でした。

It is an izakaya that offers sake and ingredients from Kyushu, mainly in Oita and Fukuoka. It's the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to go to the second house, as you can have a small dish. It is a mysterious space where you can relax while talking to the master in a calm space with only 10 seats at the counter.
Many of the dishes were finished because I visited them on public holidays, but I was really satisfied with the goodness of the ingredients. The sesame chazuke of the fish sent directly from the production area was the best.
I asked by myself, but it was very helpful to receive half-size orders.
It was a shop that I would definitely want to go to eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東在住の九州出身者で飲み会をしました。お店はご主人お一人、カウンターのみです。ここは九州かと思わせる美味しい料理を堪能しました。お刺身は新鮮肉厚、とり天も美味しかった、お酒も九州の日本酒、焼酎が揃っています。お一人で来られてる方もおられました。いいお店に巡り会えました！
We had a drinking party with people from Kyushu who live in Kanto. The shop has only one owner and a counter. I enjoyed delicious food that makes me think of Kyushu. The sashimi was fresh and thick, the toriten was delicious, and the sake was Kyushu sake and shochu. Some people came alone. I was able to meet a good shop!
