店員の『だいちゃん』始め全員が明るくて
店内にいるとウキウキしてきます。
半熟たまごのベーコン巻き、すき焼き串等、

楽しそうに仕事してて笑顔がよくて
元気をもらえました。
サラダにトマトが足りなくなって、代わりに肉を多目に入れてくれたり、
メニューを見てたら声をかけてくれたり
気配りもすごくて
店内もキレイで掃除しっかりとされてて
とても居心地がよかったです。
串も色々食べましたがどれも美味しかったです。
ジャンレモが予想より大きくて
飲むのが大変そうでした(笑)
餃子が肉汁がすごくて
食べたら飛び出してきてびっくりしました。
美味しかったです。

金曜という事もあり賑わってました
金山から少し歩きましたが、店員さんが元気よく心地いいお店でした。
刺身も美味しく秋刀魚は量が少なかったがしょうがない。
焼き鳥も美味しかったが、お釣りを間違えられ少し残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日久しぶりにお店に伺うということで楽しみにしていました。賑やかな雰囲気は、相変わらずでいいな～と思っていました。
しかし、キッチンのスタッフが厨房の真ん中で、調理に使用していたおたまに直接口をつけて味見をしており、驚くことにそのおたまを使用してかき混ぜ、盛り付けに使用していました。
こんなコロナが流行っている中、また料理を提供する上でのありえない行動に凄く嫌な気持ちになりました。

博多居酒屋ということで博多名物が多いです。
料理の味もよく、飲み物含め結構良心的な価格設定です。
最近は飲食店、特に居酒屋には苦しい時代となってしまいましたが、こういうお店には頑張って欲しい。
