★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ自慢の五十嵐邸という建物、雑誌広告などの写真ではうまく隠しているが、実際入ってみると工事費を相当ケチったことが良くわかる。グレーの配線や真っ白な空調が丸見えだったりと、全体的に処理が雑で造りが安いっぽい。
見えないところどころか見えるところにさえ手を抜く、そんなお店で提供されるサービスや料理の質も推して知るべし。
ホテルのレストランのような料金を取る割にはスタッフの対応も洗練されていないばかりか、時に不快でさえある。期待して行くと本当にがっかりします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何もない田んぼの先に急に現れる豪農の屋敷とブルワリーレストラン。スワンレイクビールの飲み比べは限定モノもあって楽しいです。全体的に料理はあっさりめの味付けですが、ベーコンは頭一つ出て特においしい！
ハンドルキーパーが必要なのが惜しいところでしょうか。
A farmhouse and brewery restaurant that suddenly appears in front of an empty rice field. Compared to drinking Swan Lake Beer, there are limited items and it's fun. The dishes are generally lightly seasoned, but bacon comes out one head and is especially delicious!
I wonder if I need a handle keeper.

見た目は普通の黒ビールですが濃厚でアロマも複雑で味わい深い。ハマると普通のスタウトやギネスでは物足りなく感じるようになるかもしれません。
残念なのは小瓶であること。荷運び夫を語源にするポーターならばグイグイと飲める1Lサイズビン、いや大瓶、せめて中瓶の商品化お願いします。
スワンレイクビールは空港の喫茶海堂でも飲めます。
