益	益子貴寛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最寄りは千川駅、住所は要町3丁目の町中華「博雅（はくが）」です。頼んだのはこちら。・ラーメン（550円）・半チャーハン（450円）中華屋さんで半チャーハンがきちんとメニューにあるのが、まずもって好印象。ラーメンと合わせて、ジャスト1,000円也。半チャーハンは卵となるとがたっぷり。チャーシュー、ほうれん草も。しっとりとした仕上がりで、板橋チャーハン系かな。半チャーハンでもしっかりと量が多め、ラーメンと一緒でもスープつき。ラーメンは鶏がら主体の醤油スープに多加水のややちぢれ麺。具はチャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、ねぎ、なると2枚。ミシッとした歯ごたえの自家製チャーシューが旨い。ラーメンのスープと半チャーハンのスープを飲み比べ。後者は少し酸味があって、コショウがきいています。こういうところも行き届いていますね。まさに、町中華の鑑（かがみ）。店外のショーケースもそそる。気になるメニューがいろいろあるので、しばらく通ってみようかな。 The nearest station is Chikawa Station, and the address is Hakuga, a town in 3-chome, Kanamemachi.
