★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親切な薬剤師さんが居て、信頼していたんですがね。
湿布と鎮痛剤だけだったんですよ
受付に
「待ち時間１５分」と書いてるんですね。
プロだったら約束は守るべきで、
４０分とかかかるなら案内して欲しかったですよ、受付の目の前に座ってたんだから。
そしたら先に用事済ませたよ。
更に、
「あと何分ですか？」と聞いたら
「すぐです、2~3分です」
と言われて5分超え。
文句言ってしまって大人気なかったですがね。
深々と謝られて、それ以上何も言えなかったけど、
謝られて納得したんじゃないし、
謝って欲しいんでもない！！
時間返してくれ。
１５分と書いてるなら、約束は善処すべきだし、無理なら伝達！
遅くなるのを伝えに
「◯番の方」って呼んでくれたら受付行くがな。
それなら、それで納得できるんだから…
日常でもそれくらい配慮するでしょ？
仕事なら尚更じゃないのかなぁ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admittedly, I didn’t have high expectations when I came here as almost all of my experiences at pharmacies in Japan have been frustrating and lackluster. However, the staff here was very nice, and one pharmacist went above and beyond to speak English with me and make an extra effort to obtain a medication they didn’t have on hand at the moment. Thank you!
