★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジが常に混む まして白衣を着ている 社員らしき人間は混んでいても平気でレジ横にあるコンピューターを操作しにくる 設置場所を変えろ お客さんが５人も１０人も並んでいるのを横目で見て無視して出ていく レジを混ませない配慮は商売の基本だとおもいます 品揃え等がいくら良くても最後の印象で最悪 あり得ない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えは豊富ですが、陳列がバラバラで同じものが分かれた場所にあったりして、売れ筋商品の品切れも目立ちますね。
店長、売りたいものより売れるものの在庫確保は基本中の基本ですよ。
レジが非常に混む ( ポイントつけるのに手間取るのと、なんかレシートがやたらと長い 。期間限定して購買金額〇〇円以上でポイント◯倍とか…ややこしいからやめたほうがいい。単純に5倍デーだけでもいい ) ので急いでる時は他で買うこともあります。
スマホアプリでポイントがつけられたり、流行りのバーコード決済にも対応しているなど先進的な取り組みは素晴らしいのですが、携帯の電波が弱くて繋がりにくい ( これは建物の問題かもしれないが ) のは致命的です。コンビニのように無料WiFiでも設置してくれたら助かるのですが…。
