★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最寄り駅からだいぶ距離があるので電車でいくことはお勧めできません。できれば車でいきたい感じです。電車でいくのであれば戸倉駅でタクシーに乗るのがよいでしょう。

色々なイベントを行えるホールで各種コンサートそして演芸またテレビの収録など現役バリバリのホールです。
また、千曲市上山田公民館も入っており上山田地区公民館の要となっております。
加えて各種会議も行えここの地区には無くてはならない場所です。
