Y	Youko Egawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレのリフォームでお願いしました。最初に見積もりに来てもらい、希望していたタンクレスは構造上付かないことを説明してもらって、希望にあったカウンタータイプのトイレを提案いただきました。お値段は標準的で仕事はしっかりしていたので今後もお願いしたいと思っています。 I asked for a toilet remodeling. We asked them to come to the quotation first, explain that the tankless they wanted was not attached due to the structure, and suggested a counter-type toilet that suits their needs. The price was standard and the work was solid, so I would like to ask for it in the future.
ミ	ミスターシービー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相談段階で担当者から電話があり、後日改めてご連絡をします。との事、10日待っても連絡なし、確認メールを入れても無視、１０００万以上の仕事を頼める会社ではないと思いこちらからお断りのメールを入れました。当然無視です。無能力な最低な会社だと思います。　　このコメントにも無視なんでしょうね。追伸　　ご連絡の行き違い？　7月21日に後日連絡致します。から8月１１日、今回のレビューの返信まで1回も連絡を受けていません。連絡の行き違いではないですね！ The person in charge will call you at the consultation stage and will contact you again at a later date. I didn't get in touch even if I waited for 10 days, I ignored it even if I put in a confirmation email, and I thought that it was not a company that could ask for more than 10 million jobs, so I sent an email from here. Of course it is ignored. I think it's the worst company that is incompetent. I think this comment is also ignored. PS: Mistake in contact? We will contact you at a later date on July 21st. I haven't been contacted even once since August 11th until the reply of this review. It's not a miscommunication!
シ	ショコラ1214 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お風呂と洗面所のリフォームをお願いしました。初めてのリフォームでとても不安でしたが、担当者さんが迅速、丁寧に対応してくださり安心してお任せする事ができました。細かい要望も聞いてくださったので、大変満足な仕上がりで、入浴時間や洗面所に居る時間が長くなりました。工事の方も皆礼儀正しく、明るい方ばかりで管理人さんからの評判も良かったです。工事中は洗濯機を毎日使えるようにして下さり、大変助かりました。次回リフォームするときも、ムトウさんにお願いしたいと思っておりますので、その時はまたよろしくお願いいたします。 I asked for the remodeling of the bath and washroom. び	びょんびょん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても丁寧できれいに施工していただきました。職人さんはとても技術のある方のように見受けられました。寝室のリフォームでしたが、私の希望もほぼ聞いてもらいました。窓側の壁にエコカラット、貼るのに大変そうな大柄の壁紙、面倒だっただろうなと思いました。営業の方も話しをきちんと聞いてくださり、はじめはなかなか進まなかったものの、この日までにリフォームしてくださいと言った日にしていただきました。ほんとに私の数々の無茶な願いを聞いてくださりありがとうございました。良いリフォームが出来ました?
