細く、口当たりの良いお蕎麦は女性でもぺろっと一人前平らげることができます。
せいろはもちろん大変美味しいですが、若い人だったら鴨せいろも満足感があっておすすめ。

Even women can flatten the soba noodles, which are thin and palatable.
Of course, the bamboo steamer is very delicious, but if you are a young person, the duck steamer is also satisfying and recommended.

トラディショナルな、江戸風のお出汁です。
鰹の香りをしっかりと感じられて、ホッとするお味でした。
ここ4、5年で私達家族の独自ランキング内で上位に入ります。
あまり高評価を付けることがないのですが、こちらはお蕎麦もおつゆもバランス良く美味しく、清潔感もあり、接客も愛想よく、文句なしの星5です。
（岡山で購入した葡萄をお土産に渡しちゃうくらい）
お蕎麦が本当に美味しいです。
（ただ、一つ残念だったのが鴨南蛮そばせいろの葱の焼きが甘かった事ですが、そちらはお店に伝えて次は焼き葱はしっかり焦がす様に焼いてくれるようにとお願いしました）（葱の香りが薄かったので……）
出汁が美味しいとご主人にお伝えしたら「2年ものの鰹を使っています」と教えてくれました。
本来は一週間後にメニューに載せる予定の温蕎麦を頂くことができて、嬉しかったです。
店員さんは一人ですが、笑顔の可愛い方でとても丁寧な接客でした。
また、コロナ対策も抜群にしっかりとされていました。
お店も綺麗で清潔感500%で、次に訪れるのが楽しみです。

I don't give it a high rating, but this is a star 5 with a good balance of soba and soup, cleanliness, and friendly customer service.
(I will give the grapes I bought in Okayama as a souvenir)
The soba is really delicious.
(However, one unfortunate thing was that the grilled green onions of Kamo Nanban Soba Seiro were sweet, but I told the shop that they asked me to grill the grilled green onions so that they would be burnt.) (Because the scent of green onions was light ...)
When I told my husband that the soup stock was delicious, he told me, "I've been using bonito for two years."
I was happy to receive the hot soba noodles that I originally planned to put on the menu a week later.
There was only one clerk, but he was a cute smiling person and was very polite.
In addition, corona measures were also outstandingly solid.
The shop is beautiful and clean with 500%, so I'm looking forward to visiting it next time.
