Grans Paul Ichibancho has a hot studio where the cold body warms up and it is nice to wear a lot of sweat even in cold weather.

However, the flow line is disappointing and not easy to use. I wish I had a pool on the first floor and a locker room and a bath on the second floor ... Why is the bath hot and deep? If you wear it on your buttocks, you will drown.
a	a sgwr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台に引っ越して以来、17年ぐらいお世話になっています。コーチもスタッフも皆さん明るいので、とても楽しく体を動かすことができます。私はほぼ毎日泳いでいますが仕事で遅くなっても平日夜10時まで入れば30分泳げます。休館日はお盆年末年始を除いて月2回だけなのでとてもありがたいです(何年か前は月1回でした)。改善点を挙げるとすると、ロッカー室をもう少し広くしてくれる着替えやすいです。 I have been indebted for about 17 years since I moved to Sendai. The coaches and staff are all cheerful, so it's a lot of fun to move. I swim almost every day, but even if I'm late for work, I can swim for 30 minutes if I enter until 10 pm on weekdays. I am very grateful that the museum is closed only twice a month except for the year-end and New Year holidays (some years ago it was once a month). One of the improvements is that it is easy to change clothes, which makes the locker room a little wider.
H	HONOKA ENDO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生を変えたジムだから良いです！長く営業してます！仲間と繋がる事が出来た！スタッフやインストラクターの対応が良いです(^^) 改装の時はプールやゴルフはありますが、ラケットボールのコートや貸し出し出来る第三スタジオは今まで通り変わらずあって第一スタジオと第二スタジオは今より更に広くしたり、ホットスタジオ追加してくれたら嬉しいです♪ 第一スタジオと第二スタジオは長町みたく５０人入れるスタジオになれば良いなと思います！再開した時は更に上杉の会員は八幡・一番町・長町・愛子も含めて全店舗利用出来るよーになれば良いです！ It's good because it's a life-changing gym! And even all Japanese who were there, starred at me till I felt uncomfortable. We are doctors who are working in Japan, we should be treated better. Very disappointed.
