★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建て替え予定の都営上石神井アパート４号棟。ここの１階のおっさんが退去に抵抗している。建て替え自体に反対じゃないが、都の補償が充分じゃないという理由。だがこの棟も向かいの棟も、他の１階の店舗は全て退去した。補償が充分じゃないとは思えないのだが。
 Toei Kamishakujii Apartment Building No. 4 to be rebuilt. The old man on the first floor here is resisting moving out. I'm not against the rebuilding itself, but the reason is that the city's compensation is not enough. However, all the stores on the first floor of this building and the opposite building have moved out. I don't think the compensation is enough.
