G	Genie * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぼったくり会社です。退去時に敷金を遥かに超える額を請求されました。あまりに高かったので話し合ったら半額以下に値引きされました。それでも高いですが。しかしそんな値引きをできるような金額なら初めからその金額を提示して、これ以上安くなりませんと言い切ればいいのではないでしょうか？話したら安くなる退去費用とはどういうことでしょうか？理解できません。なにも考えなくサインした人は提示された額をまるまる払っているのでしょうか？完全にぼったくり以外のなんでもありません。もちろん敷金は返ってきません。しかるべきところへ相談しようと考えています。まともな会社を探しているなら、ここで契約しないほうがいいと思います。 It is a rip-off company. ま	まおさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去日の日程を連絡しますと言われ待っててもずっと連絡がこず、こちらから連絡したら退去日は決まってて担当者の連絡忘れだと言われました。また退去費用も高額でビックリしました。壁の傷(画鋲跡)請求されましたが、経年劣化で６年住んでる家なので全額負担は出来ないはずですと伝えると壁の傷代は５万円は無しになりました。ですが、壁の傷代の修繕費をなくしても１０万円以上とられてしまいました。 (キッチンのコンロ下の収納場所に油汚れがあり、全部の板をはがして交換するためと言われ１０万円の修繕費でした) 写真は退去前のアパートの写真です。結構綺麗に使用してたので退去費用も抑えられると思っていました(^_^;) I was told that I would like to inform you of the date of move-out, and even if I waited, I couldn't get in touch with him for a long time.
