甘めのお汁にだしがしっかり効いていてとても美味しいです。
そばは細めでつるつる入ってきます。
ローカルタレントやローカルアナウンサーのサインがかざってあり人気店であることがうかがえます。
一番驚かされたのは徹底したコロナ対策です。お客さまが帰られたあとの席を隅々まで5分位かけて消毒をされていました。ここまでしっかり消毒をされている飲食店は今までみたことがありません。
安心して食事ができました。

天ぷらの衣は、小麦粉だけではなさそう。
こつのいらない天ぷら粉？のようなものを使用している感じ。
なので、少々ガリガリ感があります。
小麦粉オンリーのさくっ、ふわっではありませんでした。
油も少し古いかも知れませんね。
胃もたれしました。
やはり某有名店は美味しいのだな、と改めて痛感したお蕎麦でした。
山菜の天ぷら盛りの山菜のセンスは抜群です。

一度目は野菜天ざるセットを注文。二度目は天丼とざる蕎麦のセット。蕎麦が喉越し良く美味しかったです！ 天ぷらが期待以上に美味しく驚きました！お店の存在は知っていましたが、場所柄今まで気にしてませんでした?
また行きたいと思います?

こちらのお店、粋やさんは、日本酒を頼んでもとっくりになみなみとそして丁度いい温度で提供してくれるので大好きです。また、お通しのように先付けの小鉢が出てくるところがニクい?飲みたくなっちゃう（笑）
この度は車を運転して行ったので大人しくランチのみ。そして冒頭のつけ汁蕎麦に戻るのですが、熱々のつけ汁だけでなく、そば猪口に冷たいかえしも添えてくれて、キリリと冷えた蕎麦もチュルリといただくことができました、最高。
なかなか頻繁には通えないのですがお蕎麦が食べたいときには間違いなく思い出すお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦があまり多くなさそうだったので、ランチ1000蕎麦(￥1000)を大盛りの2段重ね(￥1310)にしたのですが、細くてコシのある蕎麦が見た目以上にガッツリきました。
蕎麦は風味もよく、レジ脇にも売られている蕎麦茶も大変 美味しかったです。
全国おいしい蕎麦屋Best10に選ばれた御店。
I didn't seem to have too many buckwheat noodles, so I put 1000 buckwheat noodles for lunch (1000 yen) in a large two-tiered stack (1310 yen), but the thin and chewy buckwheat noodles were even tighter than they looked.
The buckwheat had a good flavor, and the buckwheat tea sold beside the cash register was also very delicious.
This shop has been selected as one of the 10 best soba restaurants in Japan.
