★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、居酒屋の縁に行く機会が無かったのですが、テイクアウトの惣菜店が出来たので行ってみました。
民家を改装した感じです。駐車場は2台止められますが、軽自動車が精一杯かな。
店内はコンパクトです。時間的には混みますね。
土日は、うめっ手羽が￥100→￥70になります。月曜日は黒酢唐揚げが2割引きに。
今回、名物のメンチカツと黒酢唐揚げ、うめっ手羽のガーリックを購入してみました。更にブルーチーズソースポテサラも購入しました。
串揚げの黒酢ソースが美味しかったんですが、その黒酢ソースを纏ったモモ肉の唐揚げは美味しいです。
メンチカツは絶品ですね。肉々しい感じです。ウスターソースが合います。
また、伺ってみたいです。

This time, I bought the famous Menchi-katsu, fried black vinegar, and garlic with plum wings. I also bought the blue cheese sauce potato salad.
The black vinegar sauce on the skewers was delicious, but the fried thigh meat with the black vinegar sauce is delicious.
Menchi-katsu is excellent. It feels flesh. Worcestershire sauce goes well.
