駅が近くてVibi土山もできたから、生活する分には便利だが電車の音がかなりうるさく、
北側の部屋ではうるさくて寝られない。
禁止のはずだが、ペットを飼っているところも多く、犬の鳴き声は日常茶飯事。
管理組合の理事でも平気でペットを飼っている。
管理組合、自治会が機能しているのはいいが、
管理の関係で年に数度、平日昼間に在宅を要求されることが多く、
年に4度も有休を取らねばならなかったこともあり、それが迷惑だった。
また、生垣伐採のために駐車場所からの車の移動を年に数度求められる。
とにかく平日昼間でも誰か在宅していて当たり前という昔ながらの前提で運営されている。
働く世代の一人暮らしには向かないと思う。
