There was a passage to the back from the 100th floor, and there was a beautiful, calm terrace. There were tables and chairs, and I saw a train stopping at Tsuchiyama Station. ?️ is free for 1 hour.

私的に、三井住友ATM、加古川、大久保いかずにすむので利用してます。

本屋、サロン等も入ってます。
Despite being in front of JR Tsuchiyama Station (south side), the parking lot is free for 60 minutes (without shopping) and has a roof. It is helpful to have a little work done at the store when picking up from the station or meeting.
I personally use it because I don't have to go to Sumitomo Mitsui ATM, Kakogawa, or Ikubo Okubo.
