お店に入ると奥から黙って目の前にやって来られ無言のままじっと待ってくださったので、少し居心地が悪かったですが、私が一人だったからなのか通常営業なのかはよくわかりません。

今回は下のメレンゲがねっちょりしてたのが残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の奥に狭いけれど落ち着けるイートインコーナーがあり、ケーキと飲み物をいただけます。コーヒーよりも紅茶にこだわりがあるようで、フランス製の茶葉を鉄瓶で淹れてくれます。ケーキは見た目も味も繊細です。地元の人たちに愛されている、小規模経営の素敵なお店です。

ミルフィーユの美味しさは下記の通りですので、本日はリピ買いしたものをご紹介します❤︎
こちらのフォアグラドゥカナールです！
美味しすぎて、食べる前の写真は残ってなくてすみません?
フォアグラが濃厚、滑らかで、こちらを甘い炭酸煎餅に載せて食べるのにハマってます。
とにかくフォアグラそのもの！という感じ。
こちらではまだ冷菜しかチャレンジできておりませんが、何を食べても美味しいですよ〜?
