佐	佐々木保 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安全基準を無視した施工。安全基準に則りやり直しを求めても拒否。現場では大丈夫と言っておきながら、後から、危険なので他業者で直した方が良いと警告書をメールで送ってきた。高い施工費(66000円/人工、他社と比較して要交渉です。)。高い追加工事費(ケイカル板1枚18000円)。全額前払い要求されますが必ず保留金必要です。そうしないと泣き寝入りすることになります。実測しなくても部材をいろいろ持って行くので現場で調整できるから大丈夫と言われましたが、部材が足りなくて危険な状態のまま完了とのことでした。必ず実測してもらった上で発注して下さい。そうしないと中途半端な施工か高い追加工事費請求されます。図面と見積内訳もきちんとチェックすること。図面に納得して発注しても見積内訳に記載されてないと漏れがでて、その場合も高い追加工事を請求されます。また、将来的な煙突の掃除をどうするのかもご確認ください。そのようなアドバイスは一切ありませんでした。煙突を分離して外せるような仕様の提案も無く、結果煙突を固定されてしまったので、急勾配の屋根の上から清掃するしか無くなり、専門業者へ依頼するのが必須などランニングコストが将来的にかかることとなってしまいました。その点もご注意下さい。 Construction that ignores safety standards.
