まず、店に入ってもこちらから声をかけるまで対応なし。女性2人も受付にいたにも関わらずに完全無視でした。
チェックランプがついているので機械に通して検査してもらい、変えなくても大丈夫な部品という事でランプだけ消してもらうことに。ランプは再度つかないかと聞くとつかないと言われ、帰宅。数日後、再度ランプがついているので問い合わせると一回来てくださいと、その日のうちに伺うと、直さない限りはランプは着くと。
話が違うと言うとそんな事はないと言われ残念でした。
こちらが分からないから車屋さんに行って、確認したのにもかかわらず、一時的にランプを消しただけに果たして意味があるのでしょうか？

First of all, even if you enter the store, there is no response until you call out from here. Even though two women were at the reception, they were completely ignored.
A check lamp is attached so that it can be inspected through the machine, and the lamp can be turned off because it is a safe part without changing it. I was told I couldn't turn on the lamp again. A few days later, the lamp is on again, so if you ask us, please come once. If you ask within the day, the lamp will arrive unless you fix it.
It was a pity that I was told that the story was not the case.
Since I don't know this, is it really meaningful to go to the car shop and confirm it, but just turn off the lamp temporarily?
