★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご家族にしてみれば施設選びは大変悩む事ですが実際入所してみなければ良い施設かどうかは分からないのが現実です。母をこの施設に入所させたのですが最初の印象とは違いあらゆる面で対応が酷いと感じ別の施設に相談して退所させました。この施設では母は常に精神的にストレスを感じているのがわかりました。スタッフの方は何かにつけて母を厄介者扱いする言動も多々ありました。現在の施設では本人は居心地が良いみたいで穏やかに過ごしております。施設職員の入居者に対する対応を本人は敏感に感じ取ります。私達家族はこの施設が入居者に寄り添って対応してくれる施設ではないと感じました。
The choice of facilities is very troublesome for families, but it is actually not possible to know if they are good facilities unless they actually enter. I admitted my mother to this facility, but unlike my first impression, I felt that it was difficult to respond in all respects, so I consulted another facility and was discharged. At this facility, I found my mother was always mentally stressed. There were many things that the staff treated the mother as a nuisance for something. At the current facility, the person seems to be comfortable and spends calm time. The facility staff responds sensitively to the residents. Our family felt that this facility was not a facility that would be close to residents.
