m	makiart camel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切で丁寧で真面目な先生です。トリミングもいつも覗かせていただいてますが犬へ負担の少ない優しいトリミングだとおもいます。先生は犬にとって痛い治療だとしても隠さず説明します。地域の出張予防接種でもお見かけしました。数回しか会ってないうちの犬の名前も覚えてくれてましたよ。色んな意見があると思いますがあたしはおぎの先生の動物への愛を感じてお世話になってます！☆５個つけさせてもらいますっ A kind, polite and serious teacher. タ	タツミナオコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっております。香芝インター近くの動物病院なので、夕方などは交通量が多く、行きづらいです。先生はきちんと診ていただける方なので、問題ないのですが、トリミングの予約がかなりとりづらいです。翌月の予約も、電話でとれる日が決まっており、仕事をしている私にとっては、なかなか繋がらない中で仕事をしているので、かなりのストレスを感じています。持病を抱えた愛犬なので、動物病院併設のトリミングしかできません。予約がとれない時の為にもう１ヶ所動物病院併設のトリミングをして頂けるところを探そうかな、とも考えています。 Always we are indebted. d	dandelion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生の説明はとても丁寧かつ親切です。ですが怖がりすぎて犬が煽られてしまうような仕草をしてしまう時があります。犬が怒るのをギリギリでガマンしてる時に勢いよく逃げるのはやめてほしいです。あと以前、お忙しい時期にホテルに預けたので、バタバタしてきちんと聞き取れていなかったのか、申し上げた管理方法とは異なり、まさかの犬舎から一歩も出してもらえず、犬舎内でのキャリーの行き来のみによる管理をされ、尿便共にキャリーの中で漏らしてました。普段一切漏らさない子なのにその状態のまま謝られることなく、「キャリーのドア開けとくと犬舎内のシーツでトイレしました」とだけ報告を受けて返されて、そんな管理下だったのに料金はきっちり請求されました。たった1泊2日でそんな有様で返されて、しかもただでさえウチの子は杜撰な管理をされてたブリーダーから保護され引き取った子なのに、まだそんな目に遭わされて、説明を理解できていなかったとはいえ、おかしいなとか汚い寝床はかわいそうやなとか、スタッフの方々誰か1人でももう少し思いやりがあればそうはならなかったのではと思う時があります。 The director's explanation is very polite and kind.
