１階はマックスバリュの物流センター、２階に別会社の食肉工場と弁当工場が入居しています。採用や業務は別々ですが、休憩スペースなどは共有となっています。２０１５年開設のため設備はまだ新しくて清潔です。
入出荷の現場対応は、評判があまり良くないようです。また、とある職場にはパワハラや労災の噂があるので、良く確認されるのが良いでしょう
Exit Nagaizumi Numazu IC, about 1.5 km south, and about 3 km to Shimodorikari Station. There are also bicycles and walking commuters.
The first floor is the Maxvalu distribution center, and the second floor is a separate factory for meat and bento. Recruitment and work are separate, but the rest space is shared. The equipment is still new and clean due to opening in 2015.
The on-site handling of receipt and shipment seems not to have a good reputation. Also, there is a rumor about power harassment and industrial accidents at a certain workplace, so it is better to check it well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小遣い稼ぎに単発のバイトで行ったが何も説明もしないのに文句ばかり言ったり、怒鳴り散らしたりしている。また、虫唾が走る言葉しか言ってこないためここで働くのが嫌になった。
また民層も低く居心地が悪く非常に働きづらかった。
一生こんな底辺な場所では働きたくない。
絶対こんな所では働かない方がいい。
