介護士や医師の皆さんがそれぞれ親身に介護してくれて、更に家族のアフターケアまでしてくれた事にとても助かりました。
 My mother lived in until I died on May 8, 2018.
It was very helpful that the caregivers and doctors cared for each other and provided after-care for their families.

認知症の方が生活しているフロアーに入らせて頂いたときに、「早く立って！」「しっかりやって！」など、特に若い女性職員が何名か入居者様に言っていました。私が耳元で入居者様に声をかけたら、それを見ていた女性職員が
「そんな優しい声掛けをしても聞こえないから意味ないよ」と。「〇〇しなきゃだめでしょ!」など、声掛けがどうなの？と思うような声掛けをしていました。若い女性職員がみんなそのような声掛けをしていてとても残念でした。

When I was allowed to enter the floor where people with dementia lived, some young female staff members especially told the tenants, "Stand up fast!" When I spoke to the resident at my ear, the female staff member who was watching it
"There's no point in hearing such a gentle voice," he said. What about your voice, such as "You have to do it?!" I was calling out to me. It was a pity that all the young female staff members were calling out like that.

雨の中 沢山の お年寄り が 集まり
にぎやかな、また 黄瀬川 太鼓で
盛り上がり、素晴らしい、、、
お祭りになりました。
お年より の 人達 を 安心して
預けられる、 ホームだと思います
