★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回ここでは初めての契約であったが、やはり他の大手管理会社と比較すると品質の低さがやや目立つ。
入居時の大きな不具合等(もちろん入居時の告知なし)の対応についても対応こそしてもらえるが、おそらく修復にお金が絡むからか、気が進まないような感じが口調等からひしひしと伝わってくる。
そもそも大きく修復の必要な箇所については、内見の段階で告知しておくか、指摘を受けないようハウスクリーニングの段階で修復しておくのが筋ではないだろうか。
また、他管理会社で行っているような入居時の不具合チェックリストのようなものも一切ない。物件退去時の修繕費用が不透明になる懸念があるのでは。
尚、実際の修復そのものは専門の業者が行うが、そちらはとても満足できる質であった。
以上を総合的に考慮したうえで、本評価とさせていただく。

The actual restoration itself was carried out by a specialized contractor, but the quality was very satisfactory.
After comprehensively considering the above, we will make this evaluation.
