★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせへの反応がものすごく悪い。ごく簡単な内容の質問→5日放置→催促したら「早急に返信します」とだけ返事→5日放置。更に返事を催促すると、「あなた（客側）の理解力不足が原因で内容が伝わっていなかったみたいだが、条件に合わないということでこの話は既に終わっている」みたいなことを言われます。コロナの影響があるかな、と遠慮していた自分がバカを見た。時間を返せ、と言いたい気持ちになる。
