★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米沢と言えば米沢牛、柔らかい美味い炭付けるの初めてで甘みました。高畠ワイナリーのワインで。そしてEV充電無料ですよ。最高です。
 Speaking of Yonezawa, Yonezawa beef was sweetened for the first time with soft and delicious charcoal. With wine from Takahata Winery. And EV charging is free. it's the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温度は42度程と出てましたが、熱過ぎなく丁度良い感じです。塩泉なので入浴後も気にならない。無料の休憩所があり良かった。
The temperature was about 42 degrees, but it's not too hot and it feels just right. It's a salt spring so you don't have to worry about it even after taking a bath. It was good that there was a free rest area.

きちんとコロナ対策もしっかり、体温検知対応と除菌液、向かい合わせの透明ボードもあり、安心しました。
今日頂いた冷たい中華は780円でしたが、盛りも多く、梅干しいり、付け合わせの肉や漬物もあり得した気分でした。
暑い時は氷も入って、最高です。
After seeing the dahlia garden today, I stopped by for a meal.
I was relieved that the corona measures were properly taken, the body temperature detection was supported, the disinfectant solution, and the transparent boards facing each other were also available.
The cold Chinese food I got today was 780 yen, but there were many servings, and I felt like I could have pickled plums, garnished meat and pickles.
When it's hot, it's great with ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風呂場、洗い場、脱衣室共に、狭く、数が少ない。お風呂が浅かったので、肩まで浸かるのが大変。シャワーの出も悪い。でも泉質がいいのか暖まった。無料休憩広間がありゆっくりで来る。レストランの食事美味しかった。休日は外からも食べに来る人で順番待ち。でもその甲斐はあり。
The bathroom, washing room, and dressing room are all small and few in number. The bath was shallow, so it was difficult to soak up to the shoulders. The shower is also bad. But it warmed up because the quality of the spring was good. There is a free break hall and you can come slowly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. On holidays, people who come to eat from the outside are waiting in line. But it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理はボリュームもあり、味も美味しかったです。お風呂は２２時迄ですが、サウナは２０時迄なので私が入った時には７０度くらいまで下がっていました。
The food was voluminous and the taste was delicious. The bath is until 22:00, but the sauna is until 20:00, so when I entered, it had dropped to about 70 degrees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダリア園を一望できる個室で視察のお昼をいただきました。メニューは多彩でスイーツ?の赤大豆焼きプリンが美味。量が思った以上に多く食べすぎに注意(^.^)
We had lunch in a private room overlooking the dahlia garden. The menu is diverse and the sweets ? red soybean-grilled pudding is delicious. Be careful not to eat too much than you think (^. ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに米沢牛すねカレー1400円を頂きました。こんな美味しいカレーは専門店でも食べられないですね。川西の方が羨ましい。
すね肉はホロホロ崩れてしまうくらい柔らかかったです。形が崩れないように丁寧に煮てあり、料理人さんの腕の良さを感じました。
ランチタイムはメニューも豊富で、和食洋食をその日の気分で選べます。目移りしてしまうくらい魅力的なものばかりで、食べ終わってから、次は何を食べに来ようが考えてしまいました?
盛り付けもとても素敵で、SNS映しますね♪盛り付け方は日によって変わるようですが、皆さん一度は食べてみるべきだと思いました♪すねカレー美味しかったです！！
I got Yonezawa beef shin curry 1400 yen at lunch time. You can't eat such delicious curry even at specialty stores. I envy Kawanishi.
The shank was so tender that it crumbled. It was carefully boiled so that it would not lose its shape, and I felt the chef's skill.
