借りた後も、アフターサービスや管理業務をとにかくやりたがらない。
敷地内の下水が詰まって汚物があふれた時も「管理はうちの担当じゃないんでぇ。(大嘘) 一応大屋さんには伝えておきますから」なんて対応で、直しに来るのに10日間(！)かかりました。
ほんとひどい。賃貸不動産業のイメージが悪くなる。

Even when the sewage on the premises is clogged and the filth overflows, "I'm not in charge of management. (Large lie) I'll tell the owner for the time being." (!)It took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 敷金なしのはずが、契約時に、大家の気が変わったからというふざけた理由で、敷金が追加されました。
それだけではなく、害虫駆除料、ライフサポート利用料といった他の不動産会社では請求されないようなものまで、請求されました。
契約内容を後だしで変更・追加しようとする、不誠実さに不信感を覚え、契約はしませんでした。
There should be no security deposit, but a security deposit was added because the landlord changed his mind at the time of the contract.
Not only that, but we were also charged for things that other real estate companies wouldn't charge, such as pest control fees and life support usage fees.
I was distrustful of the dishonesty that I tried to change or add to the contract later, so I didn't sign the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋のクリーニングをしてあると嘘つかれました。入居時に部屋に入ったらとても業者が掃除したとは思えないほど汚れてました。コバエの死骸でいっぱいです。その旨を申し出ても退出時に部屋のクリーニング代を敷金から償却するという暴挙に出ました。どの業者にクリーニングを頼んだのか、領収書はあるのか、問い正してもうやむやにされ最終的に音信不通となり、放置され、2年経ちましたがクリーニング代を差し引いた分の敷金すら未だにかえってきていません。オーナーが清掃を自分でやって前の人のクリーニング代を自分の懐に入れているのか、それとも不動産屋の懐に入っているのか…。信頼出来ないので二度行きません。

After asking which contractor I asked for cleaning and whether there was a receipt, I was forced to make a mistake and eventually lost communication, and it was left unattended for two years, but even the security deposit after deducting the cleaning fee is still there. I haven't returned. Is the owner doing the cleaning himself and putting the cleaning fee of the previous person in his pocket, or is it in the pocket of the real estate agent? I can't trust it so I won't go there twice.

居住中の物件に対して事前メールでは内見可能と書いてあったが、訪店時は内見不可能でした。来店させるための嘘でした。
別の不動産では某物件は既に申し込まれていると言っていたのにここの不動産は申し込まれていないとおっしゃっていた。半信半疑でしたが、訪店時は「別の不動産が本日朝９時に申込がありました」と。これも来店させるための嘘。信じなくて正解でした。
マスクの下はスマイルですと張り紙が貼ってあるのに全然スマイルではありませんでした。
