コロナでもしっかり対応してくれていて安心です。
最近、大先生から若先生にほぼほぼ世代交代が終わったようなので、前とは少し違うスタイルになるかもしれませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの時期であるため風邪症状がある場合は電話診察で対応されていました。電話に出てくださった受付の方、診察をしてくださった先生はとても親切でした。スムーズに話が終わり、薬の準備が出来たら連絡が来るので待つように言われました。1時間程で連絡が来たので用を済ませてからクリニック前に来たことを伝えると、薬の受け取り場所を説明してくれた方の説明の仕方がわかりずらく時間がとてもかかりました。
｢駐車場がある側面に沿ってクリニックの裏側にある黒い門｣と言っていたが、個人宅のようにしか見えず…。
結局電話の方が出てきて手渡しされましたが、もう少し正確な情報が欲しかったです。その方の名前を確認しませんでしたが、スタッフで情報を共有し分かりやすい説明方法を考え、しっかり次回に繋げてほしいです。
