青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年12月6日(日)にLa promessa(ラプロメッサ)を訪れました。入口には消毒液が置かれていました。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席があります。カウンター席は間が空けられソーシャルディスタンスが取られていました。客層は老若男女幅広いです。店内ではゆったりとした洋楽が流れていました。カウンター席に着くと冷たい水とメニューが出されました。お店の人のテキパキとした接客も良いです。本日のパスタと本日のお肉のワンプレートランチを食しました。サラダとパンがついて税込1380円でした。本日のパスタは、生ハムのラグーソースチーズと胡椒で、本日のお肉はローストポークキノコのクリームソースでした。サラダはレタスに酸味と旨味と味わいがあるドレッシングがかけられていました。パンはほんのりと温かく、外側はカリカリに焼かれていて中はふんわりとしています。パスタはアルデンテに茹でられソースがねっとりとまとわっていました。生ハムは身が引き締まっていて噛みしめると味わいがあり、塩梅が良く胡椒のピリッとした辛さも良いです。ローストポークは噛み締めると旨味と味わいが広がりソースはホッとするような優しい味わいです。大変に美味しかったです。 I visited La promessa on Sunday, December 6, 2020.
