予約の詰まっている日に入れていただいたのはわかりますが、、メールで書き忘れた情報をお電話したにもかかわらず、失礼な対応でした。
当日嫌な思いをしたくなかったのでキャンセルしました。その時の対応も感じ悪く、二度と連絡もしたくありません。

I know you put it in on the day when the reservation was clogged up, but it was rude even though I called you the information I forgot to write by e-mail.
I didn't want to feel bad on the day, so I canceled it. The response at that time was also uncomfortable and I do not want to contact you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都外から東京に引越す際に利用しましたが、料金が安くてすぐに対応してくれたので、単身の引越しをされる方にはおすすめの業者です。
赤帽に依頼すること自体が初めてでしたが、他の引越し業者に頼むよりかなりリーズナブルでした。
HPを見てしっかりとした業者だな、という印象を受けましたが、担当して下さったスタッフの方も丁寧な接客で信頼できました。
引越し以外にも一般的な配送も扱っているそうなので、今後色んな場面で利用したいと考えています。
