★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日の夜に代行をお願いして帰宅しましたが、昼間にホイルが傷ついている事がわかりました。
その旨を電話で伝えると「証拠はあるのか？」と言われました。
そう言われたのでドライブレコーダーに残った映像を見にきていただきました。
併せて事故現場の写真も添えました。
ドライブレコーダーにはホイルを擦ったであろう音もありましたので、見ていただいた運転手の方は「保険で弁償するか、会社で100%実費で支払うかします」と告げ帰社されました。
帰社されて再度連絡を頂いたのですが、その時には「弁償するかどうかわからない」と煮え切らない返事になりました。
一体何のために来られたのでしょうか？
保険を使用されるなら事故証明が必要になると思うのですが、私から警察に連絡は要らないのか？と再三告げましたが「必要がない」との事で帰社されました。
全くもって誠意のかけらもありません。
最初から保険など使用するつもりもさらさらなく、それどころかあらゆる書類を提出し一度は認めたものの事故自体を無かった事にしようとする節すら見受けられます。
もちろん２度と利用しませんが、次なる犠牲者が出ない為にも口コミさせていただきました。

Of course, I will never use it again, but I made a word of mouth so that the next victim will not come out.
