ドラム缶置いてあるけどゴミ箱じゃないし ゴミ入れると風で飛んでしまうのでゴミは絶対に持ち帰りましょうね

There is a drum can, but it's not a trash can. If you put trash in it, it will fly away in the wind, so be sure to take the trash home with you.
