マンションの集合ポスト前に部屋番号と名前が書かれた検針票が捨てられていた。念のため該当の部屋番号のポストに入れたらまた集合ポストに捨てられていた。水道局に連絡したら最初はおばさんが出て、事情を説明したら、上長なのか50代なのかおじさんに変わった。該当の部屋番号と名前をちゃんと確認してから入れるように伝えたら（場合によっては部屋を訪問するの対応が必要ではと）、人から言われたことが気に食わなかったのか、「それはこちらで対応しますから！」と言葉をきつく発言された。無関係の人間がまず拾って、わざわざ連絡してくることにお詫びの発言が優先で、市民にそのような口調で発言していること自体おかしい。ライバルがいない業界なのでお役所対応だなと感じた。検針票を渡すために、わざわざ家にいないと行けなかったり私の部屋番号まで尋ねられたり、余計な手間が増えたのだ。こんなのだったら関わらないほうが良かったとすら思う。午後訪問すると、ざっくりとしか言わなかったし。個人情報の管理が怪しい。該当の部屋番号は何年も住んでいるので、前の住民のを混入は考えづらい。違うマンションの部屋番号に入れたりだったら余計おかしい。何でそうなったのかの説明はないまま終わり、モヤモヤしている。水道局としては、検針票を取り返せばいいくらいだろうが。対応がお粗末なので、市役所の水道課にも苦情をいう予定。
