★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老名駅からすぐ近くの建物です。
ららぽも歩いて行けます。
以前は仕事の研修でいきましたが、今回は子供のピアノ発表会で来ました。小規模な建物で外観は結構年季が入っているように見えますが、館内は綺麗です。
発表会は小ホールで行われました。座席やステージは綺麗で音響もしっかりしている感じです。
座席に段差がついているので前の人により見にくくなることは無いです。
こんな状況なので、体温を画像で計りアルコール除菌もしっかり行っているのでしっかり対策している印象を受けました。
駐車場は中央図書館・商工会館・福祉会館・文化会館が共通の駐車場があり、各施設で駐車券の認証を受ければ無料です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老名市文化会館は大ホール、小ホール、会議室がある複合施設です。
駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にあります。
大ホールで開催されたアマチュアオケのコンサートを聴くために行ったので、このレビューは大ホールに関してのレビューです。
大ホールは座席数1000弱の大きさです。
演劇などにも対応できるように、幕が下りるようなステージがある多目的ホールです。客席は1階と2階があります。
一時代に前の典型的な市民ホールです。
最近は、多目的ホールでもクラシックの演奏会を念頭に置いた設計のホールが多いので、それらと比較すると音響的にはかなり落ちます。
ステージ上の天井が低いので、オケの響きがホールと一体になりません。
また残響時間も短めなので響きが貧弱です。
ホールの響きがあまり感じられず直接音ばかり聞こえる感じです。
演劇とか講演でPAが入るような場合はこれで丁度いいのでしょうね。
クラシックの演奏会には、良いホールがいろいろできた今となっては不適と思います。
それから客席数に対しトイレの数が少ないと思います。
バリアフリーへの考慮も不足していると思います。

Also, the reverberation time is short, so the sound is poor.
I don't really feel the sound of the hall, and I can only hear the sound directly.
If PA is included in a play or lecture, this is just right.
I don't think it's suitable for classical concerts now that there are many good halls.
Also, I think the number of toilets is small compared to the number of seats.
I think there is also a lack of consideration for barrier-free access.
