美味しければいいじゃん！とゆう考えの私には、時間を潰しに行く感じのお店かなぁ。
People who can afford to get hooked in earnest are good, but those who don't have a lot of meaning may not make much sense to hear the explanation of Master.
I hope it tastes good! To me who thinks of it, isn't it a shop that seems to go to kill time?

延々説教みたいなマウントを取り続ける接客に終始イライラしながら帰った。
コーヒーを飲む早さにすらケチを付けてくる
リラックスしたい人は絶対に入っては駄目

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きなお店では難しいであろう豆の鮮度管理や焙煎が丁寧で、もちろん挽き方淹れ方も丁寧。お客さんが少ないときは、豆を選ぶときに色々見せてくれたり、挽きたての香りを楽しませてくれたり。
口当たりスッキリ、胃にもたれない優しいコーヒーです。(薄いわけではありません)
シアトル系の濃いめコーヒーがお好きな方には向かないかもしれませんが、とても美味しいので試してもらいたいです。
何枚かあるマスターのエプロンの中で、キリン柄がいちばん好き。

It's not a coffee shop but a coffee shop. Since there is only coffee, you may regret it if you make a mistake... The owner's knowledge of coffee is amazing. Coffee lovers can have a good time talking to the owner. Recommended only for coffee lovers.

酸味が強く、時間とともに味の変化を楽しめる『浅煎り』と、コーヒー本来の香りと苦味を堪能できる『深入り』など、コーヒー好きな人でも知らない味を楽しめます。
他にも美味しい飲み方をマスターが凄く丁寧に説明してくれるお店です。
カフェオレやココアも美味しいですが、まずはブラックのコーヒーを試してみてください。
コーヒーの甘みを追求した結果、スイーツはメニューから消えました。(2019年3月現在)
