ポツンと小さく、薬王寺の大きさから、さらに小さく感じますが、
鳥居も眷属様もちゃんといらっしゃいます。
 It is in the parking lot on the hill behind the Fuda Yakuoji Temple.
It's small and it feels even smaller due to the size of Yakuoji Temple,
The torii and the genus are all right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当大明神は布田薬王寺第1駐車場内にあります。布田薬王寺と八幡神社のセットで参拝しました。
This Daimyojin is in the Fuda Yakuoji No. 1 parking lot. I visited at the set of Fuda Yakuoji and Hachiman Shrine.

本当に小さなお社ですが、塀で囲われ、鈴もあり、きちんとお参りは出来ます。
薬王寺の参拝ついでとなるかも知れませんが、こちらも合わせて参拝されてはいかがでしょうか。

It's a really small company, but it's surrounded by a fence and has bells, so you can visit it properly.
It may be an incidental visit to Yakuoji Temple, but why not also visit this place as well?
