知り合いが車検通してからスライドドアの調子が悪く、
その事を言ったら使い方が悪い、と。
スライドドアに使い方もへったくれもあるんですか？

苦情を言ったのですが、取り入ってもらえず、こちらは泣き寝入りしました。
事務の女性には、こちらが悪いと凄い剣幕で怒鳴られ、こちらもどうしていいのか分からずじまいになっています。
こんな企業がまだ日本に存在しているのが驚きでした。
皆さんも気を付けて下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、運転してたらキュルキュルと異音がしたので、電話をかけて突然の訪問。カワイイ女性が対応してくださいました。以前にもお世話していただいた事があり（１０年ほど前）お話を聞くとオーナーさんが変わられたようです。今のオーナー様はとても感じが良く、テキパキと動き見た目とは反する方でした。不具合はベルト鳴きで取り敢えず応急処置をなんなく施して改善。原因はアイドラーと言う滑車が傷んで来ていて、それが原因でベルトも傷んで来てるようです。事細かに説明していただき今後の対応までアドバイスくださいました。お値段も良心的でとても助かりました。最近はディーラーに任せっきりでしたが、些細な相談修理ならこちらの方が待たずに直ぐみてもらえそうなので、また伺いいたと思いました。
