★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道が狭く、交通量もそこそこあり、危険。停車するとしたら、ダム側のちょっと広くなってる路肩に停めるしかない。ダムの上は歩けない。ダム湖の反対側に高山線が走っている。正面撮りにくいっす。
The road is narrow and there is a fair amount of traffic, which is dangerous. The only way to stop is to stop on the slightly wider shoulder on the dam side. I can't walk on the dam. The Takayama Line runs on the other side of the dam lake. It's difficult to take a frontal shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中部電力様 ダム巡りの旅その１つ上麻生堰堤を見学しました。
まずスペックが堤高約13m堤頂長約74m。
そして扉体がローリングゲートというものが２門、ローリングだから回転して上げ下げするんでしょうか。。初めて見ました。
遠目で見ると堰柱側面にギザギザの鉄製のギアが斜めに取り付けられていました。
ラックギアと言うらしいです。ゲートは両端にあるピニオンギアという歯車が付いており、ラックとピニオンが噛み合わせて、レールの役目をしているらしいです。
ラックギアに沿ってワイヤーらしき物が堰柱の上部(ゲート室)まで延びていた為、『あそこに巻き上げ機があるのかっ』と自分なりに納得しました。珍しいゲートを見るとワクワクします。

電車で見られますが｡｡｡一瞬で終わってしまいました。今度は車で行きたいと思います。
